Crew Luggage was designed to manage the online sales of one of the largest Airline Lost Luggage service companies in the UK, First Flight. Managing 80% of the airlines flying out of Luton, Stanstead and Gatwick, First Flight stock a large number of replacement luggage items. In order to maintain a health cashflow the company sought to set up a online e-commerce site selling the lines they stock for replacement.
The site is completely automated, managing stock through to online sales, reporting to delivery tracking.
